Pottery Studio in
Sankt Augustin
My pottery studio is located on "Gut Friedrichstein", a beautiful farm housing horses, chicken, cats and dogs, directly in Sankt Augustin.
If you live in Bonn, you can easily reach it within 15 minutes by car or S-Bahn, and it's only a short walk away from Siegburg, known in Germany as a pottery city and for its ceramics.

Private Courses
Whether you're interested in honing your wheel throwing skills, or just starting out and want to create your first own cup, I offer one-on-one sessions customized to your goals.
Firing Services
You have a wheel at home and looking for a way to fire your pieces?
Depending on capacity, I’m often able to fire additional ceramic pieces for others. These are my settings:
Bisque firing (1st firing)
950 °C — 8 € / kg
Glaze firing (2nd firing)
Up to 1240 °C — price depends on size and load
If you’re interested, please email me at ceramicsjourney@gmail.com and include the following information:
-
The type of clay you’re using (brand and firing range, or a photo of the packaging)
-
The glazes you’re using (same details as the clay, or a photo)
-
The number of pieces and their approximate size
I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and details.
Ceramics is unpredictable, and cracks or breakage can happen during firing. While I handle all pieces with care, I can’t guarantee results, especially when firing work that was made outside of my studio. I’ll always communicate openly if something happens.
